By JASON PATTERSON
Editor & Publisher

The wait will soon be over for Yazoo County residents who have supported the efforts to construct new lighted crosses in Bentonia.
A dedication ceremony will be held on Saturday, March 16 at 7 p.m. at the W.S. Red Hancock offices on U.S. Highway 49 to light the crosses.
Rev. D.J. Speckner, pastor of Bentonia Baptist Church, said that many Bentonia residents are excited about the project finally becoming a reality.
