One Yazoo City employee says the biggest problem with the city’s operations is interference by elected officials.
Dick Stricklin, who has worked for the city for nearly four years, said elected officials are placing friends on the city payroll and refusing to allow department heads to hold those “friends” accountable when they fail to do their jobs.
