You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Bettye Jones-Boozer, Petitioner, seeking to have Bettye Jones-Boozer, Dwunya Haynes, Bertha Bennett, Deborah Pate, Sherry Moore, Earnest Jones, Henry Willis, William Michael Jones, Willie Jones, Jr., Brandon Jones, Lavar Jones, Michael Jones, Vanessa Jones, Tamesha Rashid, Ashley Jones, Jasmin Jones, Paul Jones, Robert Jones and Whitney Jones established as the sole and only heirs-at-law of Laura Lee Jones, deceased.  You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 1:30 P.M. on the 30th day of September, 2010, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Yazoo County Courthouse at Yazoo City, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition, thereby barring the claims of any other relatives of the decedent.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.

Notice is hereby given that on the 20th of May 2010, Norway Farms of 635 Coker Road,  Yazoo City, MS 39194  filed application (s) for a permit to continue to  divert   or withdraw the public water of the State of Mississippi for beneficial use, from the Mississippi River alluvial aquifer in the county of Yazoo for irrigation purposes subject to existing rights, the following amount (s) of water at the indicated location (s):
