WHEREAS, on February 9, 2006 Billy Johnson, A SINGLE MAN executed a certain Deed of Trust to Netco Title, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi in Book 334B at Page 48; and,
WHEREAS, subject Deed of Trust was assigned to The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, As Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-BC4 by virtue of an assignment of Deed of Trust and recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of said County in Book 296B at Page 562; and,
