Anna Ryan Ragland’s talent as a cheerleader has brought her recognition outside of Yazoo City.
It was 4,507 miles outside of Yazoo  City to be exact.
The 15-year-old sophomore at Manchester Academy performed at London’s New Year’s Day Parade after being selected from thousands of other cheerleaders from across the country.
“It was interesting to see the places you have only read about in history books,” Ragland said. “It was strange to actually see it in person.”
