Sudbury working to improve Yazoo schools

New Superintendent Shannon Sudbury says times are changing for the Yazoo City School District, and he’s not wasting any time making improvements.
“The days of Yazoo City being the doormat of education in this area are over,” Sudbury  told the Yazoo Lions Club Thursday. “Yazoo City is known as the Gateway to the Delta, but I want it to be the Jewel of the South. There’s no reason why it can’t happen.”
