Police make burglary arrests

The Yazoo City Police Department has been very busy over the last few weeks making a series of burglary arrests.
Observant officers were able to catch two suspects carrying stolen items from a residence in the middle of stormy weather last Wednesday evening.
Sammie Cathy, 20, of 854 Nelson Rd., and Robert Fowler, 21, of 805 Old Rover Rd., were both charged with burglary and larceny of a residence.
