Selby Adam and Ashley Selby of Baytown, Texas announce the birth of their daughter, Tinsley Kay Selby on December 21, 2012.
She weighed seven pounds, nine ounces and measured 19 ¾ inches long.  
Maternal grandparents are Jack and Donna Bridgers of Yazoo City and Tim and Cindy Luby of Brandon.
Maternal great grandparents are Mary Archer of Cruger, Helen Luby of Benton and Wallace and Berney Davis of Yazoo City.
Paternal grandparents are Halbert Selby and the late Dorthy Selby of Bentonia.  
Also welcoming the new arrival are brother Mabry and sisters Zoe Grace and Hallie Pate.
The couple was formally of Yazoo City.
