Gold tooth provides clue needed to make arrest

It was his flashy smile that landed one burglary suspect behind bars this week.
Jerry Washington was charged with grand larceny after he allegedly stole computers from the Ricks Memorial Library about two years ago.
Investigators were able to connect Washington with the burglary because of his unusual grin.
“Witnesses gave a very detailed description of the suspect,” said Lt. Tilmon Clifton. “They said he was a black male who lived on West Madison Street,
