The Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department did more than distribute gifts to local families earlier this week.
They offered love and fellowship back to the community they serve.
The Gifts of Love basket ceremony was held Monday morning at the Yazoo County Courthouse.
Deputies and other county officials gave away free baskets filled with gifts, food and other tokens of love to families within Yazoo County.
“This is such a blessed occasion,” said Nancy Hudson, mistress of ceremonies.
