Staples gives update on community projects

StaplesStaplesBy JAMIE PATTERSON
Managing Editor

Johnny Staples said his work with Focus on the Children and the Yazoo Community Complex is slowly making improvements within the community.
During the Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting this week, Staples gave a presentation to city leaders about the projects that are developing within the two entities.
Reflecting back on the local city schools, Staples said the board should fully support the programs and initiatives being established.
