Gorday, Trustee for the benefit of AmSouth Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, which deed of trust is recorded in Book 342B at Page 548 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Regions Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, is the successor in interest by merger to said AmSouth Bank; and  
WHEREAS, said Regions Bank, as the successor in interest by merger to said AmSouth Bank, is the holder of the note secured by the aforesaid deed of trust and substituted Charles N. A copy of said Amended Petition is on file in the office of the State Oil and Gas Board, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi and may be there examined by any persons interested.  At said hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner’s attorney of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2010.  Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner’s attorney shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.
