WHEREAS, on September 29, 2006, Charlie Cheatham executed a deed of trust to Carl L. Gorday, Trustee for the benefit of AmSouth Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, which deed of trust is recorded in Book 342B at Page 548 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Regions Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, is the successor in interest by merger to said AmSouth Bank; and
WHEREAS, said Regions Bank, as the successor in interest by merger to said AmSouth Bank, is the holder of the note secured by the aforesaid deed of trust and substituted Charles N. Parrott, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 383B at Page 564; and

Please take notice that beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, in the hearing room, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, the State Oil and Gas Board will hear the Amended Petition of Vitruvian Exploration, LLC for authority to drill its Pickens 14-13 No. 1 Well as a horizontal well from an exception surface location approximately 272’ from the East line and 349’ from the South line of the proposed unit to a terminus located approximately 989’ from the South line and 1558’ from the West line of the proposed unit in order to test all productive intervals down through the Selma Formation within the above described exception-sized unit, with a full allowable for production. Petitioner is also requesting the integration of all interests, with alternate risk charges assessed to non-consenting owners identified in the Amended Petition, in the above-described exception sized unit.
A copy of said Amended Petition is on file in the office of the State Oil and Gas Board, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi and may be there examined by any persons interested. At said hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner’s attorney of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2010. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner’s attorney shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.
