The bodies of two neglected horses were discovered in a field in the Renshaw community this week.
Neighbors have made numerous complaints about the horses and their poor condition over the past several weeks.
Some neighbors had even began to bring food and water to the horses while they were still alive in an effort to save them.
Neighbors said the horses have remained in the field on Renshaw Road for several weeks without adequate food or water.
