The River Road District Workshop was held recently in the St. Joseph Parish Hall in Greenville.
It was hosted by the Greenville Garden Club, Jr. Greenville Garden Club and the Little Greenville Garden Club. The River Road director is Nancy Bell.
The focus of the workshop was on conversation. There was a president’s workshop, awards and butterflies.
During the luncheon, Lynn Bailey made a presentation on native plants. Immediately following lunch, a tour of Cypress Preserve Trust was made available to the attendees.
Jeanne Santmyer attended from Four Seasons Garden Club. Ruby Gilliam, Dot Meeks, Elouise Upchurch and Lois Ward attended from the Lintonia Garden Club.
