CHARLES DANIELS

Charles E. Daniels, 92, died Saturday, July 17, 2010 at home.
Funeral services were Tuesday at the Stricklin-King Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Horton officiating. Burial followed at Glenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Daniels was born in Burnsville to Joseph and Alta Williams Daniels. He was a retired supervisor for Mississippi Chemical Corporation and a member of First United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Bowen Daniels.
Serving as pallbearers were Roger Carpenter, Blake Everett, Frank Patty, Bubba Hinkle, Clay Creel and Bobby Adam.

MARY RHEA

Mary C. Rhea, 80, died Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Brandon Nursing Home in Brandon.
Funeral services were Tuesday at the Stricklin-King Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Glenwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Rhea was born Sept. 11, 1929 in New Hebron to Hooker and Lola Martin Crawford. She was a Methodist and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Rhea; and two sons, Joseph H. Bass and William E. Bass.
Survivors include a daughter, Neda Douglas of Benton; a son, John W. Bass of Brandon; eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were Jimmy Hilderbrand, J.W. Bass, Tom Price and Jack Brown.
