The Ricks Memorial showcase near the entrance of the library was recently decorated by the Lintonia Garden Club.
The decorations were in a fall theme. The following items were used in the decoration: leaves, pumpkins, gourds, two blackbirds, pinecones and garlands of leaves. Placed in the center of the showcase was an artificial flower arrangement, again in the fall theme.
Five ladies participated in this event as well as other members who brought decor to be used as needed.
In early December, the club will again do a decoration focusing on the Christmas and holiday season.
