It was almost like watching two different football teams.
After an early one-yard touchdown by William Jones, Benton Academy was plagued by penalties and offensive miscues for the remainder of the first half.
The Raiders returned to the field like a team with something to prove.
BA went on to score 42 unanswered points while racking up a total of 419 rushing yards on the way to a 48-0 win over Bayou Academy in the first round of the Class A Playoffs.
One thing that was consistent throughout the night was the Raiders defense which recorded its fourth shutout of the season.
