The Benton Garden Club met on Oct. 6 for its second meeting of this club year at the Benton Methodist Fellowship Hall.
The guest speaker was master gardener Mrs. Joelyn James from Bovina who presented a very interesting program entitled “The Buzz on Native Pollinators:  Who Are They? Why Do we Need Them?”
Hostesses for the meeting were Beja Everett and Sylvia McGraw.
Colorful pumpkins decorated in various ways adorned the tables.
A delicious brunch was served to the 17 members and guest speaker attending.
