Pink Party

Local artist Neetsie Gary received some help from third graders at Manchester Academy with an art project at the local post office. The class constructed several breast cancer awareness posters that were displayed during the month. Gary thanked the class for their help by throwing them a Pink Party, complete with pink lemonade, cupcakes and candy. Pictured from left, with Gary, are Tyler Owens, Brennan Brooks, Emily Williams, Lizzy Carpenter, Lawrell Guthrie, Jacob Scott, Madeline Wade and Bess Baker.
