First let me apologize for not getting in tune with my wilderness side.

For those who don’t know me well, I have yet to truly experience what Mississippi has to offer outside of a high school gymnasium or football field. It’s not like I haven’t wanted to.

Ever since I moved here in 2002, I’ve heard stories over and over of a monster buck or a 15 pound catfish and turkey’s with an eight inch beard. (I didn’t know turkeys had beards). I felt left out because my only contribution was a camping story back when I was 10 filled with holes of details which allowed me to make up half of it. No one was really listening anyway.
