Through the first six games of the season, when the going got tough, one thing the Yazoo City Indians knew they could count on was determined, dominating defense.
Last Friday night, however, the defense appeared to take the night off as the visiting Provine Rams racked up nearly 400 rushing and receiving yards en route to a 48-21 victory over the Indians.
The Rams improved to 4-3 overall while the Indians dropped to 3-4 and 1-2 in district play.
