Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Yazoo City will  consider a proposed Ward Plan for adoption on Monday, October 8, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Yazoo City Police Department, 305 Mike Espy Drive, Yazoo City, Mississippi  39194.   The purpose of the public hearing is to provide the public an opportunity to comment and offer input concerning the redistricting of the ward lines for city aldermen.
Copies of the proposed Ward Plan may be viewed at City Hall, 128 East Jefferson Street, Yazoo City, Mississippi  39194, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday).

TO: Any and all heirs of Robert Lee Lowery, DOB: 09.21.1990, whose place of residence, street address and post office address are unknown to Petitioners after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain same.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Emily White Lowery, Administratrix of Plaintiff, seeking Determination of Heirship.
Defendants other than you in the action are: Any person with a claim as an heir of Robert Lee Lowery.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 o’clock a.m. on the 21st day of December, 2012, in the Courtroom of the Madison County Chancery Courthouse located in Canton, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
You are not required to file and answer or other pleading but may do so if you desire.
