The Yazoo business community has plenty to celebrate next week as Peebles returns and two new businesses are welcomed to the community.
On Tuesday morning  at 9 a.m. the visitors are invited to a ribbon cutting the new Hampton Inn. A tour of the new hotel will follow.
On Thursday at 8:45 a.m. Peebles will reopen at 49 Junction. The store has been out of business since it was heavily damaged by the April 24 tornado.
On Thursday at noon a ribbon cutting will be held for the Sunshine Medical Clinic at 49 Junction. The event will also welcome Yazoo’s newest physician, Pediatrician Dr. Vibha Vig. A drawing will be held during the ribbon cutting ceremony for a boy’s and a girl’s backpack full of school supplies.
