City leaders put the brakes on local car lot after complaints were made against the location and establishment of the business.
Russ Carter, city code enforcement officer, ordered for work to stop on Walter Clark’s used car lot after he claims the proper procedures weren’t followed.
The issue was discussed with the Board of Mayor and Aldermen this week, with two neighbors appearing in opposition of the business.
