Collum torches Mustangs for 243 passing yards in 55-14 win

Yazoo County’s running game has been keeping defensive coordinators up at night as they prepare to face the Panthers this season.
But the passing threat will be causing future sleepless nights after Panthers quarterback Michael Collum torched McClain for 243 yards and five touchdowns Friday night.
Devontae White grabbed three touchdown passes, Marty Rhodes had two and Marlo Watkins caught one.
White had a game high seven receptions for 108 yards. Rhodes caught four for 77 yards and Watkins had three for 58.
Star running back Gerald Lampkin was sidelined with a hamstring injury, but Akevin Jones stepped in with a solid performance that included one rushing touchdown.
