Bulldogs win big in division opener

Holmes Community College dropped 34 quick first half points on the Northeast Mississippi Community College Tigers here at Madison Central High School Thursday night cruising to a 34-14 win and most importantly jumping out to a 1-0 North Division record.
With the win, the Bulldogs go to 1-2 overall. Holmes travels to Itawamba Thursday night at 7 p.m. The game can be heard on the Bulldog Radio Network starting at 6 p.m. with the Jeff  Koonz's Coaches Show.
The Bulldogs wasted no time getting on the scoreboard in the first quarter as Dennis Robertson found Daniel Huffines along the Northeast sidelines from 22 yards out with 10:34 left in the first quarter. Stephan Lloyd kicked the extra point.
