Chad Jones, Bennett Dorris and Patton Veazey just missed the state record with this giant gator they harvested in Yazoo County this week. It was 12 foot 10.5 inches long and weighed 680 pounds. The state record alligator weighed 690.5. This is one of the largest ever harvested in Miss.
