WHEREAS, on November 2, 2007, William T. Kuhn a/k/a William M. Kuhn and Terri J. Kuhn, a married couple, executed a Deed of Trust to Tim Williams, Trustee for the benefit of 21st Mortgage Corporation, as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi, in Book 392B at Page 77, reference to which is hereby made; and
WHEREAS, said 21st Mortgage Corporation, under the power granted to it in said Deed of Trust, by instrument dated May 18, 2011, duly spread upon the record and recorded in Book 393B at Page 162, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid, did substitute the undersigned Marc K. McKay in the place and stead of the original Trustee and of any other Substituted Trustee;
WHEREAS, default having been made by said William T. Kuhn a/k/a William M. Kuhn and Terri J. Kuhn in the payment of the above mentioned indebtedness as it fell due, and payment having been requested by 21st Mortgage Corporation, the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by and described in the above mentioned Deed of Trust;

Together with a 24 foot wide, non-exclusive ingress-egress access easement along the north boundary of a 12 + or - acre parcel described in Deed Book 286A Page 561 of the Yazoo County records, the boundary of said easement being 12 feet either side of the following described centerline: Beginning at a point located 863.00 feet south of the northeast corner of Section 18, T12N, R1E, Yazoo County, Mississippi run thence west a distance of 636.40 feet to the centerline of a gravel drive and Point of Termini of said 24 foot wide easement.

Township 10 North, Range 1 West and Sections 3, 4 and 10 of
Township 9 North, Range1 West, Yazoo & Madison Counties, Mississippi
Please take notice that beginning at 10:0 AM on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 in the hearing room, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, the State Oil and Gas Board will hear the Petition of Bulldog Operating Company, LLC to amend the Special Field Rules to add the Paluxy Oil Pool as one of the nine (9) separate oil pools in the Bentonia Field, Yazoo and Madison Counties, Mississippi.
A copy of the Petition is on file in the office of the State Oil and Gas Board, 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi and may be there examined by any person interested.  At said hearing all interested persons may appear to be heard.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and Petitioner’s attorney of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 PM, Tuesday, October 9, 2012.  Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.  You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a Petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
