Yazoo City 7-year old All-Stars

KOSCIUSKO- The run to Pascagoula is over for one Yazoo City All-Star team, while another will be heading to the State Championships.

The Yazoo City 7-year olds have secured their tickets to the coast after defeating Cleveland West 15-14 Sunday afternoon in the North regional tournament.

The 7-year olds defeated Indianola 7-3 on Friday in their opening matchup, but had fallen into the loser’s bracket with 14-5 loss to host Kosciusko Saturday. They remained in the tournament despite losing 14-9 to Washington County later that day.
