An armed robbery suspect who was released after charges were dismissed is now back in jail after DNA tests indicate officers arrested the right man.
Issac Cowans, 18, is charged with strong armed robbery.
Chief Eric Snow said the robbery occurred last June at the Shell gas station, located on Grand Avenue.
