TO: ALL HEIRS AT LAW OF CATHERINE CLARK, DECEASED, AND ALL ABSENT OR UNKNOWN RESPONDENTS
You have been made a Respondent in this action filed in this Court by Dale Clark, Petitioner, seeking an Order determining the heirs at law of Catherine Clark, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition in this action on the 4th day of October, 2012 at 1:30 o’clock P.M. in the Yazoo County Chancery Courthouse in Yazoo City, Mississippi, before the Honorable Janace Harvey-Goree, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgement will be entered against you for the things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
