For a fan of softball, today is your lucky day.
Manchester Academy is hosting its annual softball tournament today and will feature several teams from around the area, including Benton Academy and Tri-County Academy.
The tournament will feature six teams in all split up into two pools. Pool A will include Manchester, Indianola and Hillcrest Christian. Pool B features Tri-County, Benton and six-time state champions Bayou Academy..
The games will begin at 8 a.m. when Manchester and Indianola face off against one another. Benton’s first game of the tournament will follow the Lady Mavs at approximately 9:15. Their opponent will be Tri-County.
