Sediment and erosion will be controlled by diversion berms, drainage ditches. and terraced slopes. Reclamation will consist of 3 to 1 slopes and grass cover.
This public notice is being distributed to interested persons and agencies to assist In developing facts on which a decision by the Office of Geology can be based. You are requested to communicate the information contained in this notice to any other parties whom you deem likely to have interest in the matter. All agencies and persons shall shall until August 8. 2012. to submit comments. recommendations. or evaluations to the Office of Geology. Comments by an agency shall include an enumeration of permits or licenses required under the agency's jurisdiction.

WHEREAS, the United States of America, acting by and through the United States Department of Agriculture, is the owner and holder of the following real estate deed(s) of trust, securing an indebtedness therein mentioned and covering certain real estate hereinafter described located in Yazoo County, Mississippi, said deed(s) of trust being duly recorded in the Office of the Chancery Clerk in and for said County and State:

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said deed(s) of trust, and the United States of America, as Beneficiary, has authorized and instructed me as Substitute Trustee to foreclose said deed(s) of trust by advertisement and sale at public auction in accordance with    the statutes made and provided therefor.
THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed(s) of trust and in accordance with the statutes made and provided therefor, the said deed(s) of trust will be foreclosed and the property covered thereby and hereinafter described will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at the South front door of the County Courthouse in the City of Yazoo City, Mississippi, in the aforesaid County and will sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM) on August 27, 2012, to satisfy the indebtedness now due under and secured by said deed(s) of trust.
I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
The premises to be sold are described as:
A part of Lots 77, 79, 119, and 120, of West Yazoo City as shown by map or plat of record in Plat Book 2 at Pages 5 and 18 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, MS, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 79 of West Yazoo City; thence Northerly along the Westerly boundary of Lots 79 and 77 (also being the Easterly right-of-way of Pecan Street) a distance of 75 feet; thence run South 85 degrees 45 minutes East a distance of 135 feet; thence Southerly parallel to the Easterly right-of-way of Pecan Street a distance of 75 feet to the Southerly boundary of Lot 120; thence North 85 degrees 45 minutes West along the Southerly boundary of Lots 120 and 79 of West Yazoo City 135 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

The Town of Bentonia has a Complaint in the Chancery Court of Yazoo County, Mississippi in an effort to enlarge its corporate boundaries as described in said Complaint and as described in an Ordinance passed by the Mayor and Board of Alderman on April 3, 2012. If you oppose this annexation or otherwise wish to be heard, you ar required to appear before the Hon. Janace Harvey-Goree in the Chancery Court of Holmes County, Lexington, Mississippi, on August 30th at 1:30 p.m. Any correspondence regarding the proposed annexation should be addressed to J.
