Wayne Hudson Jr., son of Wayne and Minnie Hudson of Yazoo City, recently attended the National Young Leaders Conference in Washington D.C. on June 24-July 2. During his visit, he was able to sit on the floor of the Senate and visit with lawmakers. He visited the White House and other historical sites surrounding Washington D.C. Through the conference, he was able to participate in a variety of educational and leadership workshops and exercises. He was also invited to attend the Inaugural Ball, which will be held in January.
