Yazoo City Fire Department awarded grant

Thanks to three grants worth about $2 million, the State Fire Marshal’s office recently awarded a portion to the Yazoo City Fire Department to install fire detectors. Special designed detectors for the blind and deaf will also be installed by the Yazoo firemen.
