Kelli West, of Martin, Tenn., was recently honored with the National Championship with the Welsh Pony and Cob Association. The family farm, Rollingwoods Farm, was also awarded an Order of the Dragon for breeding outstanding Welsh ponies. She is the granddaughter of Billy and Jo Ann Wilburn of Yazoo City.
