The plan was well laid.
An inmate faked a medical emergency so that the guards and the camera monitors were distracted while someone on the outside tossed a package over the fence.
The package didn’t quite make it far enough, however, and it was discovered soon after the staged distraction ended. A bag filled with six bags of marijuana weighing over half a pound along with scales to weigh the drugs and plastic bags to package it were found inside. There were also a pair of cell phones and chargers, rolling papers and two large bags of tobacco.
