Investigators still need the public’s help in locating a man who has eluded police for over two weeks.
Issac Cowans, 18, is wanted for strong armed robbery.
Cowans is the second suspect in the armed robbery of the Shell gas station on June 13. Cornelius Stuckey was the first suspect arrested shortly after the incident.
Investigators have been on the lookout for Cowans for almost three weeks now, following several leads from concerned citizens.
