Potters join chapter of Phi Theta Kappa

Olivia and Madeline Potter of Flora were among East Central Community College students who were inducted into Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theat Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges.
The annual spring semester ceremony was held April 10, 2012 in Huff Auditorium on the Decatur Campus.
Phi Theta Kappa is the largest honor society in American higher education, with more than 2 million members and 1,200 chapters located in the United States, U.S. territories, Canada and Germany.
Olivia and Madeline also earned the distinction of being named President’s List scholars for the fall 2011 and spring 2012 semesters.  
They are the daughters of Tim and Kim Potter of Flora and are graduates of Madison Central High School.
