Miss Brittany Ellis and Jonathan WarmackMrs. Patricia Ellis of Yazoo City and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Ellis of Madison announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brittany Lauren Ellis, to Jonathan Lamar Warmack, son of Mrs. Joyce Warmack and the late Lamar Warmack of Yazoo City.
Miss Ellis is the granddaughter of Barbara and George Logan of Yazoo City,  and Birdie Ellis and the late Robert Ellis of Kosciusko.
She is a 2006 graduate of Yazoo County High School. She received her associates degree in elementary education from Holmes Community College in 2008 and a emergency medical technician degree in 2010.
She is currently employed as an EMT at Sharkey Issaquena Community Hospital in Rolling Fork.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of T.C. Helms of Ridgeland and the late Dollie Ruth Helms of Yazoo City, and the late Edna and Charles Warmack of Yazoo City.
He is a 2004 graduate of Yazoo County High School. He earned a degree in diesel and industrial technology from the Universal Technical Institute in Houston, Texas in 2005.
He is currently employed as a diesel technician at Mississippi AG of Yazoo City and lead guitarist for Jason Fratesi and the Dirt Road Jam Band.
The couple will be married on July 28, 2012 in a private ceremony.
All friends and relatives are asked to join the couple at the reception, which will be held at 6 p.m. at the Benton Country Club.
