The body of a Texas man was recovered in the Sunflower River Monday.
Divers found the body of Jose Vasques Jr., 30, about two miles south of Holly Bluff.
Sgt. Jack Willingham with the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department said the victim jumped off of a pontoon boat  with some friends to swim Sunday and drowned.
