Old Concord Baptist Church in Bentonia recently held a health fair and health walk. The goal of the event was bring awareness to the citizens of Bentonia and the surrounding communities on the importance of eating healthy and exercising. There were numerous vendors and health advocates in attendance. Old Concord is participating in the Jackson Medical Mall Foundation “Mall in Motion” biggest looser. Rochelle Culp with the Mississippi Tobacco-Free Coalition conducted an energizing work out and demonstrated proper stretching techniques.
