The Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department is hosting a camp designed to help put some local young men back on the right path.
Champions Within will be instructed by deputies Courtney Granderson, Jeremy McCoy and Jack Willingham.
“We’re hoping to reach kids on the edge of getting in trouble,” Sheriff Jake Sheriff said. “So many children today don’t have a positive male influence in their lives.”
