The Hinds Community College President's and Dean’s scholars have been named for the 2012 spring semester.
Local students included in the fall 2012 President's scholars are  Anthony Oliver of Pickens; Crissy Sadler of Bentonia; and Dontarius Soul and Teresa Teaster, of Yazoo City.
Local students included in the spring 2012 Dean's Scholars are Shauna Anderson, Chancia Brown, Ellen Porter, Angela Kimble, John Manor, Wendy Saxton and Kaley Carpenter of Yazoo City; Cindy Chisolm-Landers of Benton; Natalie Edwards, Alma Harrington, Tawanda Mason and Sarah Henderson of Bentonia.
