Talia Jones and Andre Simmons are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Lailah Khamari Jones, on May 16, 2012 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.
Lailah weighed seven pounds, four ounces and measured 19 and ¾ inches long.
Maternal grandparents are the late Beedy Holt and James Crockett of Kansas.  
Paternal grandparents are Andrew Wyatt and Jacqueline Simmons.  
Also welcoming the new arrival are Tahj, John and Shailah.
