Alderman Clifton Jones says he is tired of the city losing money with garbage collections.
During the Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting, Jones said he feels the city can save money by increasing its permit fees for private garbage collectors. He also said the city should start collecting the school system’s garbage to bring in more revenue.
