Public Hearing for CIPA
The Yazoo County School District will hold a public hearing to discuss the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) for the District. The hearing will be held to regular Board Meeting on June 5, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chancery Clerk Building in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room located at 211 E. Broadway, Yazoo City, MS 39194.

WHEREAS, on April 13, 2006 JACQUELINE LITTLE, executed a certain deed of trust to GRIFFIN NORQUIST, Trustee for BANK OF YAZOO CITY, which deed of trust is recorded in Book 336B at Page 342 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi.
WHEREAS said BANK OF YAZOO CITY, holder of said deeds of trust and the indebtedness secured thereby, substituted Wiley J. Barbour, Jr. as trustee therein by instrument dated April 24, 2012 and recorded in Book 402B at Page 644 of said records, said substitution authorized by the terms of said deeds of trust; and
WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been
declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, BANK OF YAZOO CITY, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, I Wiley J. Barbour, Jr., Substitute Trustee in said deeds of trust, will on MAY 29, 2012 offer for sale at public outcry and sell, commencing at 11:00 A. M. and continuing within legal hours, between 11:00 o'clock a. m. and 4:00 o'clock p. m., at the South door of the Yazoo County Courthouse in Yazoo City, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the following described property situated in Yazoo City, Yazoo County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 30 of Second Homeland Subdivision of Part of Lot 321 of Lintonia Addition, according to map or plat of same recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 10 of the Records of Plats of Yazoo County, Mississippi.
I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Yazoo County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on June 4, 2012, for the lease-purchase of four (4) advanced cardiac monitoring equipment, specifications for which may be obtained from the Office of the Yazoo County Administrator, 211 Broadway, Yazoo City.  The term of the lease-purchase agreement shall be four (4) years and shall not have an interest rate exceeding 3.0 percent per annum.  
Sealed bids may be delivered to the Clerk of this Board at the Chancery Clerk’s Office in Yazoo City, Mississippi, at any time prior to the time set for the receiving of said bids.  The Board will open and consider the bids at the Board of Supervisors’ meeting room in the addition to the Chancery Clerk’s Building shortly after the time set for the receiving of said bids.  Any venders submitting bids must certify in their bids that they are not suspended or de-barred from obtaining federal government contracts.  
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

TAKE NOTICE that Denbury Onshore, LLC ("Petitioner") has filed an Emergency Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket seeking approval to plug the G. C. Woodruff No. 2 Well in the Tinsley Field in Yazoo County, Mississippi, as an exception to Statewide Rule 28 and for other relief as set forth in the Petition.  The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
