WHEREAS, on April 8, 2008, James Thomas Fullilove executed a Deed of Trust to T. Harris Collier, III, Trustee for the benefit of Trustmark National Bank, as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi, in Book 361B at Page 0007; and,
WHEREAS, Trustmark National Bank has elected to substitute J. Mark Franklin, III, as Trustee in and for the above described Deed of Trust and the indebtedness secured thereby in lieu and in place of T. Harris Collier, III, or any subsequent trustee;
WHEREAS, Trustmark National Bank, the holder of said Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby, substituted J. THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed(s) of trust and in accordance with the statutes made and provided therefor, the said deed(s) of trust will be foreclosed and the property covered thereby and hereinafter described will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at the South front door of the County Courthouse in the City of Yazoo City, Mississippi, in the aforesaid County and will sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM) on June 4, 2012, to satisfy the indebtedness now due under and secured by said deed(s) of trust.
