BEE BEE BUNCE
Bee Bee (Bessie Bama) Shirley Bunce of Tampa died at home on April 19, 2012 with her loving husband Keith by her side.
Bee Bee was born February 13, 1949 in Yazoo City, Mississippi to Mamie (Salome) Thomas Shirley and James Andrew Shirley. Cherished wife, sister and aunt, she was preceded in death by her sister Marguerite Correro, Hattiesburg. Survived by her husband Keith, and would have been married 18 years on June 4th; brother James (Jimmy) Shirley, Yazoo City; surviving brother in law Tony Correro, Hattiesburg, and beloved nieces Michele Correro Williams, Hattiesburg and Natalie Correro Clifford, Mason, OH and Eva Bethany, Lexington, and nephew Ernie Shirley Jr. of Madison; great nephews Anthony and Alec Williams, Petal, and Dalton and Garrett Clifford, Mason, OH.
Bee Bee attended Hyde Park and Palma Ceia Methodist Churches in Tampa, loved the gulf beaches of Pinellas and Mississippi, Broadway shows, and was a dedicated fan of the Tampa Bay Rays. She was a public school teacher in Biloxi, a teacher of information technology at the Tampa Technical Institute, a training consultant for Higman Healthcare and was an office manager for Silk Greenhouse.
A family memorial service will be held in Mississippi and memorials may be made to The Spring of Tampa Bay Inc., or LifePath Hospice of Central Hillsborough. The family wishes to express deep gratitude for all the love and support of family and friends.

TOMMY FISHER
Thomas Robert “Tommy” Fisher, 64, died Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at the University Medical Center in Jackson.
Funeral services were Friday at Black Jack Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery under the direction of Stricklin-King Funeral Home.
Mr. Fisher was born Nov. 12, 1947 in Yazoo County to Sam S. and Gertrude Shurley Fisher. He was a retired plant manager for Yazoo Ready Mix and a member of Black Jack Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Sam Fisher.
Survivors include his wife, Glenda Fisher of Vaughan; three daughters, Tammy Nesbit (Jay) of Vaughan, Jennifer Mangino (Joe) of Canton and Kristen Penn (Hunter) of Canton; and seven grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers are Jay Nesbit, Warren King, Bill Wyatt, Sammy Fisher, Taz Ketchum, Joe Mangino, Hayes Pepper, Chris Pierce and Eric Pierce.

BERNARD JONES II
Bernard B. Jones II, 87, died Saturday, April 21, 2012 at his home in Yazoo City.
Funeral services were Tuesday at Tchula Presbyterian Church with Rev. David Gilbert and Rev. Jason Housewright officiating. Burial followed at Pinecrest Cemetery in Tchula under the direction of Stricklin-King Funeral Home.
Mr. Jones was born April 17, 1925 in Tchula to William and Jessie Deen Jones. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Second Presbyterian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Phelps Jones.
Survivors include his son, Bryan Jones of Yazoo City; two daughters, Debbie Braswell of Lexington and Cindy Thompson of Flora; a sister, Elizabeth Calk of Atlanta; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were his grandchildren.

RONNIE MEANS
Ronnie B. Means, 27, died Wednesday, April 18, 2012.
Funeral services were Monday at Center Ridge Baptist Church.
Mr. Means was born Aug. 20, 1984.
Survivors include his parents, Ronnie H. Smith and Tonie M. Smith; paternal grandmother, Barbara J. Smith; maternal grandmother, Barbara Byrd; two brothers, Patrick S. Means and Adam M. Smith; sister, Casey M. Britt; three nieces; and four nephews.

BRADLEY MOSS Sr.
Bradley L. Moss Sr., 63, died Friday, April 20, 2012 at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.
Funeral services were Monday at the Stricklin-King Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Parker officiating. Burial followed at Flora City Cemetery.
Mr. Moss was born March 4, 1949 to John W. and Eula Burrough Moss. He was a carpenter.
Survivors include a son, Brad Moss Jr. of Flora; brother, Don Moss of Flora; sister, Phyllis McWilliams of Terry; a stepson, Michael Cockrell of Jackson; fiancé, Margurite Cook of Raymond; three grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were Mike Nail, Speedy Clark, Pat Rush, James Bright and Jay Milner.

MARTHA RODGERS
Martha Jewell Rodgers, 76, died Friday, April 20, 2012 at River Oaks Hospital in Flowood.
Funeral services were Sunday at the Stricklin-King Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Jennings officiating. Burial followed at Benton Baptist Cemetery.
Mrs. Rodgers was born May 21, 1935 in Carroll County to Zadie and Eva Lee Tharp Ryals. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Otto Rodgers.
Survivors include five daughters, Margie Ann, Marylan Walton, Mona Lee, Melissa Michelle Stuckey and Jewell Rodgers, all of Yazoo City; three sons, Wayner Rodgers, Everette Rodgers and Wesley Rodgers, all of Yazoo City; a brother, Verbon Ryals of Yazoo City; two sisters, Christine Coker of Addison, Ala. and Bobbie Morgan of Springdale, Ark.; 18 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were Jimmy Wayne Rodgers, Johnny Adam Sullivan, Shelton Beamon Jr., Robert Lee Rodgers, James Shiers and Joey Allen Roulston Jr.

DOROTHY SADLER
Dorothy Nell Parker Sadler, 89, lovingly known as “Nana,” died Sunday, April 22, 2012 at the Martha Coker Green House.  
Funeral services were Tuesday at Mt. Olivet Methodist Church in Bentonia with Reverend Skipper Maxwell, Reverend Martin Case and nephew Elton “Buzzy” Cummings officiating. Stricklin-King Funeral Home will handle the arrangements.  Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Sadler was born Dec. 16, 1922 in Harrisonville in Simpson County and later moved to Germania with her family.  She graduated from Satartia High School and the Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Vicksburg and later moved to Bentonia after her marriage to Richard Curtis Sadler on Dec. 31, 1944. She was a registered nurse and long-time employee of Kings Daughters Hospital and a member of Mt. Olivet Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Mary Elizabeth Ponder Parker;  her husband of 44 years and the love of her life, Richard Curtis Sadler; great granddaughter, Caroline Elise Coleman;  sister, Mary May Wesley; brothers, Barry Parker, Jack Parker, Mulford “Mutt” Parker, Arthur Parker, and F. G. Parker;  eight sisters-in-law with whom she had a bond that’s shared between real sisters, Myra Sadler, Doris Hildebrand, Aletha Cummings, Ollie Lee “Tot” Hancock, Camille Renicker, Rena Hildebrand, Charlene Lancaster, and Thetis “Teto” Fuller.  
Survivors include her children, Richard and Louise Sadler of Nesbit,  Cynthia and Linus Shackelford of Brandon, Mary Jane and Cecil Coleman of Bentonia; grandchildren, Beth Sadler, Andy and Renee Sadler, Melissa Lee, Sharon and Keith Plunkett, Laura and Peyton Canard, Daniel and Bonnie Coleman, and eight great grandchildren, Jordan Lee, Kaylan Cuti, Isaac Plunkett, Rickey Plunkett, Coleman Canard, Cooper Canard, Mary Crawford Canard,  and Parker Coleman; sister, Mildred Parker Arias; and sister-in law, Maye Parker.
