Yazoo City business leader Pat McGraw died Thursday at age 77.
Over the course of five decades in the insurance business in Yazoo, McGraw built a reputation for developing personal relationships with his customers.
It wasn’t uncommon for customers to stop by his office just to visit.
In 2009 when McGraw marked his 50th year of service in Yazoo City, his son and business partner Bill McGraw told The Herald that his father’s love of people was the secret to such a long and successful career.
